What The Lawmakers Should Have Done To Improve Our School Students' English Language Proficiency

1. All government schools, be it primary or secondary, should be equipped with several language labs each. These language labs are indeed really efficient in monitoring individual students in the aspects of listening and speaking. The use of headphones and being placed in individual cubicles will minify the students from being too vocal for the wrong reasons.

2. Reduce the number of students in each classroom. The figure should be scaled down to not surpassing 25. Overcrowded classrooms do not provide a conducive and contributing environment to language learning.
